Q. What Amenities do you Offer?

A. Secluded gem hidden in Historic Downtown Annapolis, our 4 Bedroom 3.5 Bath home has:

Comfortable furniture for lounging and watching our 75 inch TV from the luxury kitchen and comfy living area.
Chef’s kitchen with huge quartzite natural stone countertop with seating for six, five burner gas stove, and new (2024) refrigerator freezer with built-in craft ice-maker for your cocktails.
Nautical themed dining room that seats 10 people for dinner, lunch, breakfast, cocktails, or games.
Outdoor dining areas on the main level and lower level overlooking beautiful Spa Creek.
Central Air Conditioning and Luxurious Radiator Heat
Linens and towels included.
Fully stocked kitchen with all essentials for up to 10 guests: pots and pans, crockpot, plates, cups, glasses, bowls, utensils, and much more.
Keurig coffee maker.

Large Screen Roku Smart TVs and Cable TV in Living Room and Both Bedrooms on the main bedroom level. The two bedrooms on the very top level do not have a TV.

Q. Does Your Home Have Free Parking?

A. Yes. Our home has free street parking for one vehicle provided you give us the license plate of that vehicle at least 3 days prior to your visit for us to register it with the parking authority. Street parking is not reserved but there is typically no problem finding an empty space very close to the house. Additional paid parking is available on the street and in the nearby Hillman parking garage.

Q. Does Your Home Have Water Access?

A. We have a water view from the balcony, but there is no direct access to the water. However you can take a very short stroll down to the end of Shipwright street to have access to the water and access to the Annapolis water taxi which can take you to over 50 destinations throughout Annapolis Harbor including, of course, City Dock in the heart of Historic Downtown Annapolis. If you’re coming back to the house from City Dock, just say your destination is Shipwright! The same company that runs the Annapolis water taxi also runs a a 40 minute tour of Spa Creek as well as an Annapolis Harbour tour and many other water tours.
