Payment Rules:
If you’re booking 120 days or more prior to your arrival, the total booking amount will be shown along with the average nightly charge; however, you will only be charged a 30% deposit when you book, then your same card will be automatically charged for 35% of the total 120 days prior to your check-in date, and your card will be automatically charged for the remaining 35% balance 60 days prior to your check-in date.
If you’re booking 60 to 120 days prior to arrival, the total booking amount will be shown along with the average nightly charge; however, you will only be charged a 50% deposit when you book, and your card will be automatically charged for the remaining 50% balance 60 days prior to your check-in date.
If you’re booking within 60 days prior to arrival, then your card will be charged 100% of the booking amount upon booking.
