Q. What Amenities do you Offer?
A. Both units have:
- Covered balcony with comfortable furniture for lounging and dining.
- Outdoor storage locker stocked with beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, etc., and a wheeled beach cart for you to easily transport everything to the beach and back.
- Linens, bath towels, and beach towels.
- Grocery shopping cart if you go out for groceries during your stay, but please note that you can get groceries delivered from Publix and Whole Foods.
- Air Conditioning and Heating
- Two dehumidifiers for extra comfort (use is optional).
- Washer and Dryer.
- Electric Fireplace.
- Free High-Speed Mesh Wi-Fi.
- Roku Smart TVs and Cable TV in Living Room and Both Bedrooms.
- Hair Dryer.
- Fully stocked kitchen with all essentials: pots and pans, crockpot, plates, cups, glasses (including plastic cups for use at the pool), bowls, utensils, and much more.
- Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker.
- Shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and other bathroom essentials.
- Paper towel, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and other kitchen essentials.
Q. Does Your Building Have an Elevator
A. Yes our building has an elevator that takes you to your floor, and because it’s a small building with only 12 units facing the ocean, it is only 20 to 30 steps to the front door of the condo from the elevator.
Q. Does Your Building Have Free Parking?
A. Yes. Our building has free covered parking directly under the building. You will have one assigned spot and one guest spot available for your use. You must print our parking pass and display it on your dashboard during your visit. We will send you the link to print our parking pass two weeks before your arrival.
